Share Your Veteran's Story With Lakewood

This Memorial Day, Lakewood wants to honor and support Minnesota's veterans by sharing their stories through text, photo, and video. As Memorial Day is often a huge and well-celebrated event at Lakewood, where our community can gather to share and honor their favorite veteran's stories, we want to give you the opportunity to continue this tradition by keeping these stories alive, virtually.

We want to hear your stories- This can be anything from a treasured family story from years ago, to a favorite photo with a nice memory. It can be as elaborate, or as simple as you want.

Through Memorial weekend we will be collecting these stories through a Google Form. They will be shared surrounding our annual Memorial Day event, either this year, or in the future.

Please note: Lakewood may not use all stories. Depending on the popularity of this activity, we will do our best to share as many as we can!

For your safety, no last names will be used in any published stories and no contact info will be shared - this is only requested in case Lakewood has a question for you. Please feel free to omit any names or details as you see necessary.
