Thank you to everyone who joined us for this event!

About this event

As you think about end of life planning, there are so many questions that come to mind. What do you really need in order to keep your family conflict free when something happens to you? What are the key things you need to do now to ensure your loved ones will know what to do in an emergency?

In this workshop, we will cover the 3 biggest lessons every family should know when it comes to estate planning regardless of age or the amount of assets you have. We will create our own list of priorities and learn key action steps you can take today to accomplish your estate planning goals. Have minor children? We will discuss how to properly choose both emergency and permanent guardians for your kids and how to safely leave money or assets to them (this includes minor beneficiaries such as nieces, nephews, and grandchildren). Following the conversation, there will be an opportunity to ask questions.

If you already have a plan but aren’t sure if it will work for your family when they need it, this will help you determine just that. See how you can put in place a plan for peace. Because your family deserves it!

Your Instructor

Sarah Breiner is a licensed attorney and the founder of Breiner Law Firm which includes a physical office in Minnesota as well as virtual offices in Georgia and Kansas. Having the virtual firms already in place allowed the MN office to launch virtual practice literally overnight when Covid hit! In a nod to her warm and personable style of estate planning, she goes by “The Legal Mama”, but before starting her own legal business, Sarah was a managing partner in a large law firm practice.

Along with helping over 250 families to date with their estate planning, Sarah is an avid gardener, mom of two, and lives with her husband, kids, 2 dogs, and 3 chickens in the Southwest Metro.
