A haven in the heart of Minneapolis, Lakewood's grounds are a fascinating chronicle of local cultures and traditions — a place where countless families have come to honor, remember and reflect in ways that are uniquely personal to them.
On this trolley tour of history, art and gardens at Lakewood, enjoy scenic views of Lakewood’s more than 250 acres as you learn about its founding, landscape design, artistic monuments, and some of the stories of those who've chosen Lakewood as their final resting place.
Tickets are $10. Monthly trolley tour dates are sold out for this year, but tickets are available to take a trolley tour of Lakewood at our Fall Colors event. A 30-minute version of this tour is also offered every year for free at our Memorial Day Celebration.
