Lakewood Directions & Hours

Lakewood is one of the most beautiful urban cemeteries in the country, with extraordinary history, architecture and scenery — and our gates are open 365 days a year. We invite you to discover all that we have to offer.

Our office and mausoleums are open, and our historic chapel is available for services and weddings (limited capacity and guidelines apply). While inside all buildings, please wear a mask and continue to follow physical distancing guidelines.

Cemetery Hours
Summer gate hours start on Spring Daylight Saving through Labor Day: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Fall gate hours start on Labor Day through Fall Daylight Saving: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Winter gate hours start on Fall Daylight Saving through Spring Daylight Saving: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Administration Building
Our office is now open regular hours: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
Lakewood Garden Mausoleum and Memorial Community Mausoleum
Our mausoleums are now open 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every day.

Parking
You may park along any of the roads in the cemetery — except where you see “no parking” signs. Handicap spots are available near all buildings. Please call us to discuss special needs.
